So you have registered your Neighbourhood Watch via our website or a paper form but what next? How do I see my watches Neighbourhood Watch members?
Once your watch has been registered an automatic email will be sent to you with your username and password.
Once you have received this simply click to go to www.neighbourhoodalert.co.uk and click to Log In.
Input your username and password to gain access to the online system.
The first page will be the member administration area where you can fill out all your details. When you scroll down this page you will see the following options:

HOW DO I KNOW PEOPLE WANT TO JOIN THE SCHEME? HOW DO I ACCEPT THEM ON TO THE NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH SCHEME?
When people request to join your scheme via the online application process on our website or via yourself sending in the paper form, we will then enter them on to the system and attach them to your watch. You in turn will receive an email to inform you that there is a new member who wishes to join your scheme and to login to accept them.
You will see these people under the option Manage your scheme membership – You have 5 new applicants wanting to join your scheme. Simply click and then the individuals will come up with the choice to click approve or delete.
WHERE DO I FIND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH MEMBERS ONCE ACCEPTED? HOW DO I CONTACT MEMBERS?
To see more about your scheme and all your members simply click here to use the scheme admin tools. under the Manage your scheme membership option. This will take you to show your NHW and the mapped area of this watch (If your area does not have a map please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and they will do this for you).
